The vote of no confidence in Cha Phapolo passed unopposed, 31-0, with six abstentions.

The Councillor was put into this vote due to her failure to involve herself in her duties as a member of the Council of State, according to the motion triggering the vote.

This vote is the first major failure in the Council of State since its creation just before the last election, and it appears that it is one of many failures of the Council to keep its members in check.
